Small Group Strength Training for Women
Join a strength class where the coaching feels personal.
Small classes mean I can actually get to know you, coach your movement and help you build strength at a level that’s right for you.
EXPERT COACHING
You won't be left wondering if you're doing something correctly.
You'll get clear instruction and individual feedback along the way. My training in pre & postpartum and biomechanics means I can help you work with your body, including the things that might need a little more consideration like your pelvic floor.
SMALL + PERSONAL
Classes are kept to a maximum of 8 women, so I actually get to know you.
I know what you're working on and when something needs to change.
WELCOMING + SUPPORTIVE
You don't need to be a gym person to belong here.
Classes are relaxed and friendly, while still giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself and get stronger.
NEW TO STRENGTH TRAINING?
Start with my 6 Week Beginners Strength Course.
It gives you time to learn the basics before joining an ongoing strength class, so you’re not trying to figure everything out as you go.
By the end of the six weeks, you’ll know the main movements we use and feel much more comfortable training with weights.
“Zoe’s amazing understanding of the body, particularly women’s health, muscle function, and long-term wellbeing is truly invaluable.”
Small classes mean I can actually coach you.
There are a maximum of 8 people in my women’s strength classes.
I want to know what's going on with your body and what you're working towards. If something doesn't feel right, we'll change it. When you're ready for more, I'll help you progress it.
It also means I can watch your technique and give you feedback while you're training.
You're still getting the fun and connection of training alongside other women, without getting lost in a big group.
This might be for you if...
You want to get stronger, but a big gym or group fitness class just isn’t your thing.
You like knowing that someone is actually watching how you move and will step in when you need help.
Maybe you have an injury or pelvic floor symptoms that need some consideration. Or you simply want to know that the exercises you’re doing are right for you.
And you want to train somewhere that feels friendly and relaxed, while still being challenged.
“Highly recommend Zoe’s classes to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive and educational environment with someone who really really knows bodies and movement.””

Open Strength + Conditioning
These are my ongoing strength classes for women who already have a foundation of strength training.
We continue to build your strength using progressively heavier loads where appropriate. You'll also get opportunities to work on conditioning and more dynamic movements as your confidence grows.
You'll still receive plenty of individual coaching within the class.
Classes run:
MON: 9.30AM, 6PM
WED: 6AM, 9.30AM
FRI: 6AM, 9.30AM
Previous strength training experience or completion of Beginners Strength required.
Strength 60+
Strength training becomes incredibly important as we get older, and you're absolutely not too old to start.
These classes are designed for women 60+ who want to keep getting stronger and feel capable in everyday life.
We'll use weights and work on the movements that help you maintain your strength, balance and stability as you age. Exercises can be adapted to your current ability and we'll build from there.
If you've never strength trained before, start with the Beginners Course.
Classes run:
WED: 10.30AM
FRI: 10.30AM
