Small Group Strength Training in Cowes, Phillip Island

Join a strength class where the coaching feels personal.

Small classes mean I can actually get to know you, coach your movement and help you build strength at a level that’s right for you.

EXPERT COACHING

You won't be left wondering if you're doing something correctly.

You'll get clear instruction and individual feedback along the way. My training in pre & postpartum and biomechanics means I can help you work with your body, including the things that might need a little more consideration like your pelvic floor.

SMALL + PERSONAL

Classes are kept to a maximum of 8 women, so I actually get to know you.

I know what you're working on and when something needs to change.

WELCOMING + SUPPORTIVE

You don't need to be a gym person to belong here.

Classes are relaxed and friendly, while still giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself and get stronger.

NEW TO STRENGTH TRAINING?

Start with my 6 Week Beginners Strength Course.

It gives you time to learn the basics before joining an ongoing strength class, so you’re not trying to figure everything out as you go.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll know the main movements we use and feel much more comfortable training with weights.

Small classes mean I can actually coach you.

There are a maximum of 8 people in my women’s strength classes.

I want to know what's going on with your body and what you're working towards. If something doesn't feel right, we'll change it. When you're ready for more, I'll help you progress it.

It also means I can watch your technique and give you feedback while you're training.

You're still getting the fun and connection of training alongside other women, without getting lost in a big group.

This might be for you if...

You want to get stronger, but a big gym or group fitness class just isn’t your thing.

You like knowing that someone is actually watching how you move and will step in when you need help.

Maybe you have an injury or pelvic floor symptoms that need some consideration. Or you simply want to know that the exercises you’re doing are right for you.

And you want to train somewhere that feels friendly and relaxed, while still being challenged.

“Highly recommend Zoe’s classes to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive and educational environment with someone who really really knows bodies and movement.””
— Rachel

It isn’t just an hour of exercise; it’s an hour of deep body awareness, realignment, and strength training that extends far beyond the class. Zoe’s amazing understanding of the body, particularly women’s health, muscle function, and long-term wellbeing is truly invaluable. With my 40 years of gym classes and sports training experience, I thought I knew it all and had accepted back, shoulder, and pelvic pain as a part of life. Zoe has completely changed that perspective and transformed what the next 40 years can look like for me. Her method of slow, intentional strength training is a gift to the next generation. I’m so grateful I found her when I did!

“Zoe's classes are a game-changer. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you fully understand the exercises, not just the proper technique. After taking her classes, I feel stronger, more flexible, and have regained mobility that I haven't had in years. The best part is that I don't have to plan or think about my workouts - I can just show up and trust that I'm getting the targeted strength training my body needs. Highly recommend Zoe's classes to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive and educational environment with someone who really really knows bodies and movement.”
